1. Senior Accountant
The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with CIS, BComm or Higher national Diploma in Accounting. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years post qualification working experience and be able to prepare monthly management accounts and year end financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The candidate should also be proficient in the use of Pastel and Excel and be able to train and assist junior staff, drive performance management in the department, build client relationships, manage profitability engagements and securing new work.
2. Tax Consultant
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax or Finance and have at least 5 years tax working experience. Prior experience in working for a Revenue Service or another Accounting firm will be an advantage.
The candidate should have working knowledge and experience in the interpretation of the Income Tax and VAT Acts and be able to provide compliance and consultancy services to clients. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self driven and results oriented and be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
