Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
To drive the bank sales and grow deposits as per set targets
Identify market strategies to enhance deposits growth
To pro-actively cause business growth of the bank through continuous and intensive  marketing with focus on achieving business targets
Customer retention
Offer exceptional good customer service
Timely make daily and weekly sales reports to CEO


Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Sales and/or Marketing
Minimum 5 years experience in product Sales and/or Marketing
Computer literate
Banking experience, though preferred, not essential
Have a valid driver’s license

Skills and Competencies
A self starter and good team leader
Ability to negotiate across a wide range of customer base
Good oral communication skills
Resilient and vibrant
Good presentation skills
Presentable and well groomed
Ability to deliver successfully under pressure
