Projects (Pty) Ltd, a giant plant hiring company in Francistown requires the
services of finance controller: Incumbent should be a qualified accountant and
be a member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants with more than 10
years of experience and able to do:
- Develops and implements all necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure the provision of an effective financial management service and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Responsible for the entire Accounts & Finance function of the group companies including the liaison with all the Government Departments, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors who are interacting with the Finance Department.
- Maintains day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures.
- Prepares cash flow analysis of particular period.
- Identify areas where finance process development required and suggestions
