Coversure Insurance Brokers (pty) ltd is a duly registered Insurance Broking firm operating in Botswana since January 2003 and deals in both Long Term and short term insurance business. The company is well positioned with a branch network in Francistown, Gaborone, Maun and Palapye. In order to continuously deliver quality service to our customers, vacancies for Senior positions have arisen within the organisation as follows

a) BRANCH MANAGER-GABORONE & FRANCISTOWN 
Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbents will be required to effectively supervise the Branch Office which deals in both ShortTerm and
Long Term insurance business.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Efficient planning and administration of the Branch office, preparation of annual budgets and monthly reports on performance units, New Business Development, underwriting, claims processing and credit control on short term and long term ..

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-ACII or AIISA completed or Higher Certificate in insurance studies or Diploma in Insurance Studies or any equivalent insurance related qualification
- 10 years experience in broking or underwriting environment
-Computer literacy

COMPETENCIES:
-Pro active and decisive with strong analytical skills
-Ability to work under pressure and work independently
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Time Management and problem solving skills.

b) SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER GABORONE 
Job description;
- Aid the branch in their pursuit of profitable growth, recruitment of junior brokers
and Life Manager to pursue, obtain and write new business Within New Business
Development authority, meet established sales targets of the branch office,
Overseeing the life office administration and training of Life Agents in attaining a
professional insurance qualification such as COP, IISA or ACII, maintain
relationships with branch personnel and colleagues, assist
the branch manager in 
preparation of annual budgets and monthly reports, Advance bordereaux preparation
premium remittances to insurers, general Customer service delivery. Provide high level of support to clients and ensure compliance requirements are met regarding service level agreements with our principals and Regulators.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 10 years experience in broking or underwriting environment
