The DPF is currently the leading Pension Fund in the private sector by size and value, with assets worth BWP 3.4 billion as at 31 December 2011 and current membership is slightly under 10 000.  PERSONAL ASSISTANT-GABORONE

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To perform a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Principal Executive Officer’s office

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support services
Effective management of the PEO’s diary
Efficient management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
Arrange all travel and accommodation
Develop and maintain a records management system for Executive office

Management of events initiated through the executive office
Internal and external customer satisfaction

Good administrator and organiser
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
4 years secretarial experience offered to middle and senior management levels
