Requirements:
• O’ Level with Trade test as Electrician or Millwright and training background in Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling
• Proven knowledge and experience regarding preventative maintenance and faultfinding on Tetra Pak TBA 8 fillers. Sterilisers, Homogenizers, Automatic Valves, regular and aseptic
• At least 3-5 years experience in the FMCG environment
• Sound communication skills and people skills
• Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends and on public holidays
• Willingness to share knowledge and experience with young artisans and to assist with training
Responsibilities:
• Performing all preventative maintenance on Tetra Pak aseptic carton brick machines
• Repairing breakdowns on Tetra Pak aseptic carton filling machines ensuring machine availability
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on Ultra High Temperature sterilizers and homogenizers
• Responsible for general plant maintenance as required
• Planning major services, including part stock levels
• Repairs and maintenance of instrumentation in processing plant
• Training artisans on Ultra High Temperature processing equipment and aseptic brick packaging machines
• Ensure high standard of machine operation and a skilful support team in maintaining that
