1. SENIOR TRAINING OFFICERS- MINING
Job Summary
To provide, facilitate and coordinate training programs in the designated production function.

Minimum Requirements
Certificate in Occupational Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDP) or equivalent
3 years post qualification experience in Training and Development
Registration with Botswana Training Authority or South African Qualifications Authority
Earth moving operator training open cast
Computer proficient

2. GRADUATE TRAINEE- HYDROGEOLOGY
Job Summary
The candidate will undergo a two (2) years learnership developmental programme and get exposure on practical, hands on work experience in relevant section on rotational basis. He/she will also be accorded the training to enable them to develop skills and competencies necessary to subsequently perform substantive jobs effectively.

On successful completion of the programme the individual will be expected to perform hydrogeological functions for effective service delivery in line with hydrogeology code of practice.

Minimum Requirements
Degree in Hydrogeology or related Earth Science
