Westwood International School is a R -13 school, fully accredited by the Council of International Schools, the New England Association of School and Colleges and the International Baccalaureate Organisation. As such, it caters for the needs of the internationally mobile and internationally-minded community in Botswana. The International Baccalaureate (lB) programmes run by the school are student-centred and inquiry-based and require specific pedagogical methodology and training. The school also offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (lGCSE). 

All positions advertised by the school require applicants with understanding of inquiry-based pedagogical delivery and preferably knowledge and experience of the IB and/or IGCSE programmes. "Key competencies required: passion for teaching and learning, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, flexibility, open-mindedness and initiative. 

                VACANCIES
Is seeking to appoint the following staff:

   Subject and classroom Teachers for Primary and Secondary Programme
      Part-time Humanities
      Part-Counselor (Secondary Years)
      Full-Time Learning Support (Primary Years)

The successful candidate must have no less than two(2) years teaching experience in IGCSE or IB Diploma Programme. 

Interested people without teaching experience will not be considered. ONLY SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED FOR INTERVIEWS.
