CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary
To provide cost effective contracts administration and procurement function to internal and external clients in order to manage costs and commercial risks inherent to the contracts administration and procurement processes.

Preparation of enquiry document and analysis sheet
Preparation of contract document
Contract administration
People effectiveness
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality

Qualification and Experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Supply Chain Management/Materials Management/Engineering or equivalent with at least six years experience in supply chain environment or plant experience, three of which must be at a supervisory level.
Experience in procurement with emphasis on contract writing is desirable. A mining or heavy plant experience will be an added advantage.
