Wharehouse Manager,Packaging Controller, Maintenance Manager-Bokomo Botswana

1. Warehouse Manager
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for planning, directing and administering the daily operational aspects of the Warehouse and Distribution activities, which include stock management, analysis and management of the customer service levels, managing relations with customers, staff training and ensuring cost effective distribution process to retailers, wholesale and food service outlets in the country.

You will be a seasoned professional with drive and energy and have strong communications and interpersonal skills, analytical and assertive. You should also be a very good team player. An appropriate and relevant qualification together with 8 years work experience in a similar environment is what is required in order for you to join this rapidly growing company.

2. Packaging Controller
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for supervising the milling and sugar packaging activities-aiming towards achieving production targets and quality standards
through planning and executing product packaging, ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring of packaging machinery and performing administrative duties.

This role requires you to be suitably qualified in production management or similar, with three (3) years experience in this discipline.

3. Maintenance Manager
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the position entails assisting BOKOMO with optimising availability of equipment through the planning and implementation of a cost effective preventative maintenance programme and ensuring that the maintenance department is running effectively. You will be expected to drive the company SHE programme and supervise projects as and when required.

Ideally you will have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 10 years post qualification experience. You will possess organisational, coordinating, communications and negotiation skills as well as being self driven and results oriented.
