Restaurant Managers Required
We
are looking for experienced, motivated individuals with strong leadership and
managerial skills, and traceable references for appointment as store managers
in our restaurants in Gaborone and Francistown.
Responsibilities Include:
·
Maintaining operational standards.
·
Overseeing the entire restaurant operations.
·
Leading the management and team.
·
Managing company store marketing
·
Implementing and driving marketing initiatives
·
Managing administrative procedures, including
cash ups, floats, banking, orders, stock control, pay roll and staffing levels.
·
Attend to POS system related problems.
·
Managing expenses in line with prescribed
budgets.
·
Handling industrial relations matters
·
Providing on job coaching and mentoring of crew
and trainees to ensure desired skill levels.
·
Administering general training programs
·
Managing repairs and maintenance
·
Interfaces with customers and resolve queries
·
Ensure a friendly and hospitable restaurant
atmosphere
·
Conduct team meetings
Experience and Qualifications:
·
Form 5. Relevant tertiary qualification. Train
the trainer certification.
·
Must have completed a management training course
with a restaurant franchise
·
Previous experience at management level in a
Franchise operation of at least 4 years
·
Computer literate (MS word, excel, Outlook)
Fluent
in English
Own
transport

Working Conditions:
Candidates
must be able to work 6 days a week; Flexible hours including evenings and
