General Manager Required
We
are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with strong leadership and
managerial skills, and traceable references for appointment as General Manager
for our restaurant in Rail Park Mall, Gaborone.
Responsibilities
include:
·
Maintaining operational standards.
·
Overseeing the entire restaurant operations.
·
Leading the management and team.
·
Managing administrative procedures, including
cash ups, floats, banking, orders, stock control, pay roll and staffing levels.
·
Managing company store marketing
·
Implementing and driving marketing initiatives
·
Attend to POS system related problems.
·
Managing expenses in line with prescribed
budgets.
·
Handling industrial relations matters
·
Providing on job coaching and mentoring of crew
and trainees to ensure desired skill levels.
·
Administering general training programs
·
Managing repairs and maintenance
·
Interfaces with customers and resolve queries
·
Ensure a friendly and hospitable restaurant
atmosphere
·
Conduct team meetings
Experience
and Qualifications:
Form
5. Business degree in marketing. Train the trainer certification. Computer
literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must
have completed a management training course with a restaurant franchise
Previous
experience at management level in a Franchise operation of at least 4 years
Fluent
In English
Own
