REPORTS TO: Underwriting Executive

• Maintain and enhance business relationships
• New product development

• Liaison with Claims and Finance
• Compliance with Internal Audit recommendations per agreed deadlines
• Identity training needs of team to enable growth opportunities within the team
• Embark on customer research and identify gaps
• Identity preferred market segmentation

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.Com Degree/similar or relevant insurance related diploma: AIISA or FIISA or similar
EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record of at least 5-7 years’ experience within Commercial and Personal Lines Underwriting environment. Our ideal candidate will have 5 or more years prior insurance experience of which 2 must have been spent working as a manager.
