Job Competencies
• Degree in Business Management or IT related (Post Graduate Qualification would be an advantage)
• Leadership skills and management experience
• 5 years or more experience/ exposure to IT industry (In the Board we suggested 10)
• Capable of managing software development and maintenance as well as the different company functions: sales, purchasing, human resources, finance and project management
Responsibilities
The MD continually reviews the company’s resources to fulfil customer requirements and:
• Coordinates Strategy and Business Performance processes
• Leads management team in decision making, execution and monitoring
• Allocates responsibilities and oversees operations of the company
• Maintains Quality Management System
• Manages relationships, contracts and delivery of customer services
• Manages internal communication and accounts for overall performance of the company
