1. Innovation and Sector Support Manager (Services) REF: ISS – MNGR (Services)
Job Purpose
To pro-actively provide applied technological advice to the SMME sector to enable enterprises to optimise the use of technology and innovation in gaining competitive advantage in order to develop sustained and profitable businesses and access domestic and international markets with quality products and services.
Position Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a similar applied engineering or business process discipline applicable to a wide range of manufacturing and service delivery environment and value chain related services.
Experience
At least 5-8 years experience in a technology development environment engaged in utilising technology to solve service problems and enhance efficiency and quality of service through innovation and the optimal utilisation of technology.
2. Contact Centre Agent REF: CSC- CCA
Job Purpose
To assist the SMMEs to define the nature and extent of their problem by responding to all call centre calls. This role also entails giving advice to the SMMEs such as enrolling in training and development programmes. Delivering professional and quality world class customer service to all LEA customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
Position Requirements
A degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any other related fields.
Experience
A minimum of three (3) years work related experience in developing and advising businesses especially SMMEs. Previous customer service experience in either a call centre or a hotline customer service environment would be an added advantage.
