Group Training Coordinator-Cresta Hotels

Applications are invited for the position of GROUP TRAINING COORDINATOR.

Scope of the Job
Produce and coordinate a company wide training plan in relation but not limited to Hygiene, Customer Service, Front Office Operations, Food and Beverage processes, Housekeeping and administration functions
Training Needs Analysis
Liaise with Hotel and Catering Institutions regarding qualification courses
Coordinate a Group wide Management Development Program for all levels of Management
Training evaluation


Qualifications and Experience
A degree or equivalent in Business studies or Human Resource Development or Hotel Management, or Professional Certificate in Training Practice
A training experience in Hotel Operation would be an added advantage
Ability to communicate effectively, should be able to relate with employees at all levels and should have excellent organisational skills
