Applications are invited for the position of GROUP TRAINING COORDINATOR.
Scope of the Job
• Produce and coordinate a company wide training plan in relation but not limited to Hygiene, Customer Service, Front Office Operations, Food and Beverage processes, Housekeeping and administration functions
• Training Needs Analysis
• Liaise with Hotel and Catering Institutions regarding qualification courses
• Coordinate a Group wide Management Development Program for all levels of Management
• Training evaluation
Qualifications and Experience
• A degree or equivalent in Business studies or Human Resource Development or Hotel Management, or Professional Certificate in Training Practice
• A training experience in Hotel Operation would be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively, should be able to relate with employees at all levels and should have excellent organisational skills
