HUMAN RESOURCE ADVISOR
Main purpose of the job
To provide generalist operational HR support by working in alignment with specific HR Business Partners and line managers to meet the day to day HR needs of the business. The HR Advisor also operates as an integral member if the HR Services Team.
This is a supervisory position in the HR Department which reports directly to the HR Manager within the HR function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:
- Recruitment and Placement
- Salary and Benefits Administration
- Employee Induction
- Data Management
- Systems and Process Effectiveness
- Job Profiling and Evaluation
- Performance Management System Administration
Qualification
Recognized Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experience
Five (5) years experience as an HR Generalist.
