1. CHIEF
FINANCIAL OFFICER
To regulate,
supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the
commission reflecting all the activities in a manner commensurate with the relevant
legislation and regulation in the territories of operation of the Commission and
subject to internal guidelines set from time to time by the BMC Board of Commissioners.

ACCA/CIMA or equivalent international professional accountancy qualification
Experience:
At least ten years at a senior managerial level in a highly computerized commercial
accounting and financial management responsible for a wide range of accounting and
financial management function, including international trade, investment and funds
management
2. ORACLE
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - (1 post) tenable in Lobatse
To provide
a specialist technical support in Oracle data base management system. Responsible
for Oracle E-Business suite (Financials & HRMS) functional & technical support
and provide business system analysis and technology support on the Oracle Financial
Management System (FMS) to ensure availability of Finance systems including general
ledger, customer remittance, vendor payables, purchasing, bank reconciliation, payroll
and other Lead Functional projects related to FMS, Administrative and HR environments.

analysis in development and support of financial management systems using Oracle Financials.

Position
requirements:
Education:
Degree in Computer studies or related
Experience:
A minimum of 2 full life-cycle ERP project implementations with large companies,
plus Strong understanding of the Oracle Financials modules and business processes.
Expert knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, Oracle workflows, reports & XML

3. ARTISAN-CONTROL
AND INSTRUMENTATION - (Francistown) 1 post
To maximize
plant availability by maintaining and repairing plant; associated equipment and
control systems in the most cost effective manner.
This is
a multi skilled position and the artisan will be expected to demonstrate competency
and technical knowledge of the major engineering trades (mechanical, electrical,
refrigeration, building and civils) in addition to his/her own area of specialization.
