1. Executive Sous Chef
Duties include:
Kitchen management
Staff management
Maintaining good quality of food
Stack purchasing and control
Maintain standards and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
In charge of the Kitchen Department in absence of the Executive Chef

Qualifications/Skills
The successful candidate must have a formal qualification from a reputable hospitality training institute
Five years experience as a Sous Chef or an Executive Sous Chef
Kitchen control and budgetary knowledge essential to assist running of kitchen in a cost effective manner

Fluent in Setswana and English language
Ability to work under pressure
Team player and motivator

2. Asian Chef

Requirements
Asian native with good English language skills
Knowledge on oriental cuisine e.g. Indian, Chinese and Thai
Wok, stir-fry and sushi experience
Proven track record on Oriental dishes
3 years experience
Kitchen hygiene knowledge essential

The successful candidate must be:
Computer literate
Able to supervise a minimum of 10 commis chefs
Also able to relieve the executive chef when need be
