The
Role: We are looking for a creative, energetic. motivated strategic thinker to
join our team as Director of Client Services and Strategic Planning. The ideal
person for this position should be able to think outside the box and drive the
development and execution of big ideas. Must be able to prepare and deliver
persuasive presentations, and have proven business development skills. Growing
the agency's present and existing clients will be your main responsibility so a
history of success with advertising clients in Botswana is required.
Your
Profile: You will have a to lead and Direct New Business Development. You must
be a Strategic thinker with Big ideas a deep understanding of the Botswana
communication landscape and an ability to write and win RFPs. You will need to
manage the Client Service and Strategy departments. You will be good at
relationship building, a Multi-Tasker, Doer and Manager. In return you can

Skills
and experience required: Ideally you must be experienced in client service or
advertising strategy and possess a Marketing or approriate relevant degree. You
must have at least 8 years experience in a senior role of successful account
management / project management experience within a creative agency with a
focus on strategy strongly preferred. You will have worked on a broad range of
brands and subject area and have an interest in digital disciplines and
emerging mediums.
