Shift Coordinator - Mining
Job Summary
To plan, organise and manage pit operations within a shift to achieve monthly production targets, maintaining a high standard of Safety, Health and Environment in compliance with legal requirements.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
      Education: Diploma in Mining Engineering
      Legal Certification :Valid Open Pit Blasting Licence
      Experience: 4 years post qualification experience in mining environment
      Pre-appointment training:
1)    Learner Official Programme or equivalent
2)    Supervisory Development Programme or equivalent
      Post-appointment training:
1)    Applicable Leadership Development Programmes
2)    Applicable Computer Systems (e.g. Dispatch, SAP etc.)
