1. MARKETING
MANAGER
Job
Purpose
The
Marketing Manager, reporting to the Commercial Manager, is responsible for
maintaining/growing business with established customers and developing business
with new customers.
Key
Activities
• Develops,
implements and monitors the company's sales strategies and marketing programs
• Builds
relationships with key customers, internal and external,
• Develop
and implement annual sales plans.
• Monitors
trends in the market in order to determine the need for new products and/or
adjustment in existing product delivery
• Develops
customer relationships and sales activity to build and optimize results
• Recommends
pricing strategies with the goal of maximising the company's profits and/or
market share
• Monitors
and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
• Recommends
margin and price strategies which maximise competitive sustainability and
profitability Manages and coordinates the implementation of safety, health and
environmental programme in area of responsibility
• Identifies
and implements creative and innovative ideas to continuously improve and
sustain business performance
• Identifies
business risks and manages implementation thereof and adherence to legal and corporate
governance principles/requirements
Technical
Knowledge
• Good
knowledge of general mining industry regulations
• Good
knowledge of commercial terms, processes, and procedures to support local and
international sales
• Good
technical knowledge of coal processing and usage Good technical marketing
skills
Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
• Degree
in Commerce, Finance or Business Management plus an appropriate professional
qualification. A Masters Degree.
• Eight
years in marketing roles with 4 years managerial experience in similar
industry, preferable coal mining industry
• Valid
light duty Drivers licence
• Knowledge
of SHE management systems (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)

REGISTERED NURSE - THREE (3) MONTHS CONTRACT
Job
Purpose and Responsibilities
To
provide nursing care for patients to ensure a healthy workforce
Key
activities
• Implements
the nursing care and treatment plans to meet the patients health needs as per
nursing diagnosis and medical instructions.
• Assess
and implements appropriate emergency treatment as necessary.
• Attends
to emergency call outs as and when required.
• Prepares
reports and submits to stakeholders in order to meet legal requirements
• Plans,
schedules and conducts periodic medical examinations, to comply to statutory
requirements Monitors the utilisation of equipment at the clinic and reports
defective equipments.
• Adheres
to and promotes safety, health and environment policies and procedures.
Minimum
Education, Training & Experience Requirements
• '0'
levels plus Diploma in General Nursing
• Three
years experience in a nursing environment
• Valid
driver's license .
• Registration
with Botswana Nursing Council
• Knowledge
of audiometry, spirometry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge
of SHE management systems (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
A
