1. BUSINESS VENTURE COACH - Pilane Business Incubator
Job Purpose
To provide or source business consulting services to the tenants and clients of the incubator.

Education:
A Technical or Engineering first degree is required.

Experience:
3-5 years of commercial experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience in a management consultancy and demonstrated entrepreneurial flair will be beneficial.


2. CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - TSABONG
Job Purpose
To implement entrepreneurship development programmes at the branch level. To develop capacity development plans for all entrepreneurs based on the gaps and development needs of the clients. To follow up and evaluate the capacity development programmes and interventions to make sure that, there is application of knowledge and skills. Ensures return on investment in capacity development services provided to the entrepreneurs by BDS providers and mentors. Increases access to markets and long term sustainability through the clustering of enterprises. Coordinate relevant BDS providers to create awareness and to support enterprises in the preparation for aligning the organisation or services or products to the relevant standard.

Education
A Degree in Business Management, training, education or equivalent. A qualification in entrepreneurship development will be an added advantage.

Experience
At least 3 years experience in entrepreneurship development or organisation development, delivering capacity development programmes and evaluation. A background in business related training would be an added advantage.
