10 VACANCIES-TRAINERS IN DIAMOND POLISHING
Applications will be required to train operators in different processes of Diamond Polishing.
The following skills, responsibilities, knowledge, and qualifications will be applicable:
- Minimum education qualification-grade 10(standard 8)
- Must have minimum of 5 years experience in the Diamond Polishing trade
- Must have the skill, knowledge, and qualifications to train operators on different diamond polishing processes
- Must be able to control Production, quality, and weight recovery
- Must have an understanding of the make requirements
- Must be able to assist in the selection of new recruits
- Must have the ability to liaise well with subordinates and Management
- Must have knowledge on Diamond Tools and Equipment
- Must be trustworthy
- Must have good experience and knowledge on DTC, PI, BPP, ISO 9001:2008
It will be the responsibility of applicants to train operators to become productive, with the required make, and weight recovery.
