Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for the management of the company’s agency workforce.
Key Functions
• Build and operate a sustainable agency distribution network
• Create and implement a plan to ensure achievement of agency sales targets
• Improve agent productivity and persistency by regular performance and improvement reviews
• Assess marketing potential of new and existing products, considering statistics and expenditures and recommend development of new products

Job Requirements
• Bachelors Degree Preferred (but not required)
• 5 or more years experience in a Sales and Marketing environment preferably in an Insurance industry, 2 years should have been at senior level
• Entrepreneurial and outgoing
