General overview of the job
Reporting directly to the Administration Officer, the Office Assistant will be responsible to carry out routine clerical and administrative functions such as filing, recording mail, completion of forms, maintenance of registers, inventories, bookings and operation of reprographic equipment including photocopiers, collators, binders e.t.c.

Position Requirements
Qualification: A minimum of Junior Certificate

Experience: Up to two weeks training in the operation of office equipment

Competencies: Accuracy, punctuality, adherence to procedures and instructions and initiative.
