Livestock Section Manager
Banyana
(PTY) Ltd is a cattle ranch situated about 300km from Gaborone along the Molopo
River, which forms a border line between Botswana and South Africa. The ranch
has vacancy for:
• Livestock Section Manager - 3 year
contract (renewable) tenable in Banyana farm formerly Molopo Ranch 1 JN). The
candidate should be willing to stay in a ranch setting and be prepared to work
long and odd hours. The position is open to citizens of Botswana only.
Main
purpose of the Job
Reporting
to the Livestock Manager the incumbent will provide technical support services
to the Livestock Department.

of cattle infrastructure (fences, crushes, kraals)

Job
Requirements
- Certificate in Animal Health and Production or equivalent
- At least 5 years practical experience working in livestock management
- Knowledge of Artificial Insemination is essential
The
position is a 3 years contract. Benefits include: free housing and utilities
(water) including transport when available.
Salary
Scale: P 5 500
